With the release of the single "Temple In Nowhere", Thorsten Sudler-Mainz ushered in a new chapter of DEEP IMAGINATION in 2019, with stylistic elements such as electropop, darkwave and gothic rock making their way into the ambient-artrock sound cosmos.
The band's own "Imagination Studio" underwent a complete technical reset in 2018. And if all productions of DEEP IMAGINATION were mixed in the Renaissance Studio in Cologne, "Temple In Nowhere" was for the first time completely produced and finally mixed by Thorsten Sudler-Mainz himself in the "Imagination-Studio" in Cleeberg|Hessen.
In October 2020 the fourth album "My Silent Celebration" was released after a two-year creative phase. Previously DEEP IMAGINATION released the single and video "In My Memory" and the video "Longing For Peace".
In 2021 the single and video "Coming From The Cold" were released.
(23.12.2020) With his new album, DEEP IMAGINATION mastermind Thorsten Sudler-Mainz has outdone himself. Sven Hauke Erichsen of Northern Art Music said in an interview about the album "My Silent Celebration", which was released in October 2020. The German musician, who produces electronic music with influences from art rock, ethno pop and darkwave, gives interesting insights and talks about his inspiration and the way the new work was created.
More interview stories in German were published in 2021 by the music magazines Orkus!, Sonic Seducer, Empire and Streetclip.
On the new album of DEEP IMAGINATION you hear well-known guests like Ann Kareen Mainz (vocals) and Günter Kaufmann (guitars), but also new guest musicians like lead singer Torsten "Hardy" Hartmann. Guitarist Achim von Raesfeld, with whom Thorsten Sudler-Mainz had already founded one of his first bands in the mid-80s, is featured on the album.
